	Requirements


	Before doing business, Nicholas Financial will require a copy of your Installment Sales License and your Dealer License. We also require that you complete our Auto Dealer Retail Purchase Agreement Form, Corporate Resolution and Corporation Signature Card, which can be downloaded from this website.
